What Do You Need
Private Lenders or Joint Venture Partners for acquisitions of multiple properties that are well below market value (50-60% current market value). I’m also seeking short term loans (12 to 36 months) and willing to offer an above average rate of return. Your investment is secured with a 1st lien, Deed of Trust, Home Owners Insurance, and Title Insurance. I close everything with a title company or real estate attorney’s office to make sure everything is recorded properly, and your investment is handled through an escrow account, never directly by me.
