What are the Biggest Factors in Not Being Able to Complete a Commercial Real Estate Deal?

It is reported in the media that banks are lending again.  We hear on the street that this is not so. 

We hear that banks are holding bad assets with no incentive to let go.

We hear that banks refuse to take any looses on commercial property so that investors can not make deals.

We hear that banks have extended terms for some owners, which is causing or will cause many more issues in the future.

What is your take?

What are you finding is the biggest problem or issue in getting a deal done?

Is this all crap?  Are you getting deals done and funded without issue?

We want to hear your stories and stuff..
