I have 20+/- acres available on a new road (Beltline) Construction underway. Property is behind Kohls, Staples and Dicks with roughly 1000 feet of frontage on the new road. The current owner is working on putting a cross road in to connect this property with Sam's and Wal-mart. That road will go between those two stores. The same owner also has 5-7 acres on Clemson Blvd which also connects to the wal-mart connector and is beside Kohls, Staples and Dicks.
