I have multiple distressed, off-market garden-style Class B, C multifamily assets, 100 units or more available in markets highlighted in your post. I guess what I would like to know is how serious is your FUND with respect to acquistions? I can force-feed your group properties all day long, but if they are simply on a fact-finding mission well..............
Hello Bryan. Thanks for your reply. The FUND is very serious and specific about what they are looking for as you have seen their requirements. Additionally, they are on no "fact-finding" mission.
