Eric,i have a great source for Off-Market MF properties nationwide,and our inventory that we have thru the sellers we deal with are assuredly Off-Market.Are you the direct Buyer or Buyers agent,they will not deal with any broker chains.I will need a specific Buying criteria of the MF properties and I assume that the Buyer upon request will be able to provide a solid LOI and POF.

Hey Eric, are you the buyer or direct to the buyer. There will be NCND and MFP/A to be signed (protocol)and points if that's acceptable, you may be in business. 

What is the Min. looking to spend on MF properties?
