I am working with a group of private financiers, whom are seeking real estate nationwide. Amounts from $2.5M with no max. Can be for acquisition, construction, expansion or etc.

 

The unique thing about this is there is zero fees involved, the criteria is as follows:

 

1. Must be a viable project.

 

2. Principal must have experience in the industry

 

3. Must have a minimum of $250K liquidity, or show that amount has been put into the project.
