The Investor Group:
• Has 30+ years experience in the banking industry
• Has proof of funds to close with cash on all/any transactions
The Investor Group on short sales:
• Negotiates directly with the lender(s) and lienholders with authorization of the owner/seller
• Ensures HESC laws are being complied with respect to NOD purchases
• All IG offers state that the debt is considered paid in full and that there will be no further deficiency(s) to the owner/seller on all successful transactions with the banks involved. Seller avoids foreclosure and can move on with their lives.
• Will work directly with a homeowner (If you are an individual with a home upside down, or know someone in this situation, and wanting to do a short sale) or directly with banks on REO properties that had loans exceeding $1,000,000 prior to the foreclosure
The Investor Group:
• Will make individual or multiple purchases from a given lender
• No servicing companies or small community based banks, please
• Will also consider purchasing luxury condos, condo projects and may consider commercial properties (either as short sales or direct from lenders).
