Private capital placement agents needed

We are on the acquisition band wagon and have the support of a variety of institutions to the tune of upto 90% of our equity requirements.  We are looking for private capital referrals to bridge the gap.  We currently own/manage 2300 multi-family units (upwards of 10,000 back in the 90’s) and are using an LP structure to administrate the investors, however, we would be open to any structure that a large investor wants to use.
