My company SII Capital Financing, only lend in the USA. However, as stated, we work direct with a large Trust that does fund nationally and internationally. They will look at projects in Romania. However, their minimum is $25 million. If you are interested please let us know. As well, you may want to let the principal borrower review and complete the form 'TUAYP' (Tell Us About Your Project) below.

They will need to complete each question. If one does not apply, write N/A in it's place, do not leave blank. They will need to use the exact cash flow chart or one just like it. No other will do. We will need a short executive summary of the project (1-3) pages.
