If you know of anyone interested in picking up prime University Housing Properties, I have 8 properties in 7 different states all bank owned. Offer concludes 05/60/09. Take all or a subset.

I'm looking for class B or C properties between 50 and 250 units with a value play in them. This includes things such as deferred maintenance, improved management, repositioning, new tenant mix or a rehab. I'm not a retail buyer, but I want something I can add value to and be rewarded.
