  Hope you are doing well. I work with the investments advisory group at NAI Global. Is this a Grocery anchored Center? How many years are left on the lease if it is anchored by a Gorcery center? If it is not, who is the anchor? If I bring a buyer who can close on this, will you pay a fee? Please let me know.
