Needing Bulk SFR REO's - large tapes only
I have a client that I am DIRECT to that is looking to buyer Large Bulk REO tapes: SFR, COMMERCIAL, NPN'S, ETC.
He wants these tapes to be able to be customized for him and UNSANITIZED tapes only...He will need to know that these tapes have not been shopped.
I am only interested in working with individuals who are direct to asset management or seller broker. My client will proof up and submit and follow normal protocol and your contact better be prepared to do the same.
