NO UPFRONT FEES AND ALL THE POINTS CHARGED TO BE PUT ON THE END OF THE LOAN..ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO CLOSE VERY QUICKLY ON MOST OF THESE DEALS TO BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE THE BEST PRICE.
