You have an apartment for sale? My buyers are looking for low income housing with a NOI of $1,500,000 but the seller must have owned the property at least 10 years.

No, but thanks for asking norman. They only fund bulk REOs. If you purchase REO tapes or NPN tapes worth about $2-$3 Million , then you have a chance. They mainly stick to multifamily and commercial deals.
