Are you direct to the Buyer or at least one away from buyer rep? We do not work with any daisy chain of IMs. We can get you any size NPN's. Do you want SFR or Commercial -- or both? At what amount will your client be purchasing? Can they (you?) provide LOI and POF for Seller Rep to vette Buyer? Do they want all Calif, just SoCal and what type of mix? The more info you can give me the better for the Seller Rep (whom I work with directly) will be able to understand what your client is looking for.
