I have 210 units in San Antonio that the bank is willing to do a short sale on.  This deal has a short fuse, but there is a lot of meat on the bone for some one who has cash and can move quickly.

 

I feel the bank will take around $2.1MM and it has about $600k in deferred maintenance.
