Hello Rob,

I just ran across your message online. I have an investor from London,England. He is looking for property here though. Is this type of lead you are looking for? If so, I can make the connection very quickly! How do you handle referral fees? Do you need me to forward our contract? Just let me know, and I will get it to you asap!

What kind of an investor is your contact from London? Is he/she looking to purchase one property or are the looking to be a JV for some large commercial projects?

The referral fee would not be difficult to take care of. We can sign an MFA or NCND if you would like.

Yes. I'm an Account Executive here at Remington FG. As for Remington, we are a broker plus more. With over 200 correpondent relationships with lenders/investors, we already have the relationships in place to take on all types of transactions. Also, we add value to the borrower/broker by providing underwriting/due-diligence as part or our service.
