I am looking for private lenders and or jv partner for an ocean front community in one of the most pristine areas on the east coast. Approx. up to 60 units. Will own 95% of market in the area based on this is one of the last ocean front parcels in the area. Currently there are no new communities.

 

Also looking for private lenders / jv partners for the following:

 

Other projects:

1) 15,510 sf building conversion. Tenant in place on first floor. conversion of up to 12 apartments on 2nd & 3rd floors. Room for a 4500 sf restuarant with access to roof for additional dining. Sell off apartments will practically pay off total investment. Sit back and collect the leases on the commercial space. This will not last. Must move quickly

Approx. investment needed $2.6 to 3 million

 

2) 28 unit town homes in down town charleston, SC.
