Development Opportunity - HUD 221(d)4 150 Unit Market Rate Multifamily in High Growth City


I am seeking $400,000 to get through the HUD process to closing on a multifamily project.  We have the architectural drawings from another deal (which obviously have to be modified for this).


Total Equity Required will be approximately $1.7 million including this $400K.


You can either stay in on the deal or be paid back at closing.
