We are offering the following LOC for purchasing multi-families up to 20 units. Here are the terms:

Product for US Properties Only

Loan amount: $1M –$5M

Rate: 9.95% - Credit Score: 650 (Will consider lower score)

Term: 24 months

Advance Rate: Lesser of 80% LTC or 70% LTV

I/O payments - No Pre-Payment Penalty

Origination Fee: 2 points

Draw fee: 1%

Each unit must have a minimum value of $50K

Reserves: 20% of loan amount

Foreign Nationals are Welcome
