I am not the listing broker, but am aware of 3 buildings and 1 out parcel with a Kohls, Dicks, Staples and an Ulta. Is that some that would interest your client? Total price is roughly $24 million. I only know about it because I am the broker for roughly 25 acres surrounding this property. Asking price for it is $10 million. Let me know if this if of interest to you.
