We are in need of distressed / under-funded developers across the U.S.

They are the ones that have property / blueprints and land / partially constructed projects (MUST BE IN PRIME AREAS) but can't get their projects going.

We have partnered with a big developer here in NYC that can take over projects with a budget of $500M per project so there's a lot of potential here.

The developer must be willing to step back and let them take over the project while building it to the 'best and highest use' which means the developer stands to make a huge profit.
