Hi Aaron,
I am able to put you and your buyer in contact with the seller's of Bulk REO's. I also need to know if you are direct to the buyer in order to do business.
Tapes ( 20MM-1 Billion+) are available to qualified buyers that can be specifically ordered with a LOI. These tapes, once pulled will be exclusive to your buyer. Properties are available nationwide from 50-55cents on the dollar. Properties can also be several types, from SFR's to commercial, to NPN's. Your buyer will not be asked for POF until the tapes are ready to be viewed. Obviously proper NCND's will need to be in place to continue.

Hi Aaron,
I believe I answered your post one other time but never got a response. I can put your buyers direct to the banks reps, who have portfolio's in the states you are looking at. Most of the tapes are selling for 50-58 cents on the dollar.
Believe me, we don't like chains either, and I will put you direct as soon as I know you are interested and for real.
