Our group is very interested.  Excel Investment Corporation is a large real estate investment firm in the intermountain region.

I would be happy to sign a NCND.  We are rolling out of another property and need to place funds somewhere.

We have recently purchased a $43mm note from US Bank for approx. $9mm and can perform.
