  1) FUNDING PROGRAM PROJECTS & FILM

 

Funding program, which if you have 675K, we can fund projects (Real Estate, Construction, & Acquisitions) also films.
 
The 675K goes into an Escrow account through JP Morgan Chase.
 
 Verbiage for a CD @ 100MM will be issued.
 
The 100MM CD is the guarantee for the Banker & the loan they will provide @ Libor plus 1-4%.

   2) VIP FUND (Prefer 1mm & up)

 

Below are based on 100K

 

Attached is a new program for small investors. Let us know if you have any clients interested. This is a one-year program through the VIP fund.

 

 Once active brokerage trading starts and we are under contract, you'll be able to see daily results and have a website login to the trading account.

 

An investor may withdraw only the initial principal investment amount after 90 days, but by contract the profits earned in the initial 90 days will continue to compound and trade for at least 12 months.   This is not a program from folks to withdraw monthly profits.

 

If an investor does not elect to withdraw the initial principal investment at the 90 day mark and decides to let it compound monthly uninterrupted, then the annual compounded returns far exceed the $1M goal--mathematically, it runs over the $2M mark.

 

VIP enters into a 75/25 profits sharing agreement via our contract with the investor (75% net gain per annum).

 

   3) LEVERAGE FUNDS

 

 New method to leverage funds, short time available.

 

2mm gets a 20mm SBLC for 52 weeks.

 

SBLC goes into a program that has generated 1.6mm per week for 52 weeks.

 

My banker represents the NY Top bank that is administrating the program.

 

Client needs minimum  $2mm

 

 

 

 

   4) NEW 500K & UP Program

 

500k in your own bank (almost any US based)

Cash only type account

Non - depletion program, can not lose initial funds

Admin hold on the funds

 

 

5)  CMO FUND

 

1MM buys CMO's. Approximately 1-2B Face Value. Then an Insurance Wrap will be added, once that happens then the package will be placed in a program.
Since CMO's are roughly @ 1/10th of 1 cent, that buys a significant amount @ market.

 

SLS ports can be Monetized
