We undertake Syndicated & Debt/Equity funded Property

Developments in South Africa.

Is it Possible to cross pollinate our industries? ROI 8-18%

and can be exceeded depending on project.
International Investors are welcome. Investor funds secured

by 1st bond over property.

Obviously your involvement will be remunerated and all

investors will participate within formal structures and

legal contracts.
As mentioned previously their capital will be secured by the
