Need funding for a project? My group has access to funds for projects needing US$ 30 million and above (we will consider smaller amounts but the projects must be solid). This is available to projects located worldwide.
Criteria to be met includes:
1. 10% - 15% liquidity or in lieu the amount in hard assets/collateral equal to at least the funding request.
2. Transparency/Willingness to share financials for the last 3 years and year-to-date.
3. Well executed business summary with 'Request for Funds' and 'Use of Funds' type docs.

Hello Champak. I have some very large projects (large is too vague a term, please define how large. in the millions? billions?) but you would need to sign an NDA before I could send it to you. Also, my company only works on projects from other people which are direct to the principal or 1 degree away. For financing, the following MUST be met:
