FannieMae vets investors who are contractually obligated to sell the properties to owner occupants or to rent and hold. I dont see how you can possibly broker FM product unless your firm is qualified to represent and vet on behalf of FM.
I recently spoke with a Pool Transaction Sales Manager at FM, they confirmed there only moving bulk product up to 15% off the median value range(85%). No deal here unless you can bring some concrete proof this is real product at a reasonable "bulk discount".
