The market is finally coming into range.  A number of smaller cash-flowing momentum plays in well-performing multifamily and mixed-use assets are available at reasonable prices right here in NJ.  I am looking for equity partners, accredited or sophisticated, to participate in the acquisition of these deals.   Investor/partners will  receive the majority of the cash flow and equity appreciation.  Deals will be structured to return 20% annualized to investors.  Perfect for investment of retirement funds, and the passive investor.
