Hello everyone I am just writing a note to say I have placed several request for financing and had several people to ask me who I know that is for real in there lending offerings. I am a huge advocate of this site and would like to believe that we are all above board. I have found it difficult to both get needed funding and worse I have only been able to refer only a few to others that have contacted me. It is difficult to find the real lenders, but I continue to contact thoese on this site. I am not giving up and hope that thoese of you that have contact me don't give up.

I know there is money out there and there are legitimate lenders on this site I just wish it was easer to find you. To thoese that ask me for referals keep the faith, thoese who seek will find.

I am active in the hotel market, I have several hotels that are in need of funding and ranging from 5 million up to 25 million some with owner financing and others needing some rehab work needing to be done. I am wraping up a JV deal on two hotels 7 million loan and was in need of help with escrow funding. I sent several request out and details of the deals with no responses until I posted the note on the discussion boad. I am now looking to get funding for a deal in connecticut and one in baltimore, and DetroThank you for the response. Thanks Frank, Bob and I have been in discussions about this issue. We cannot vet the lenders on this site, but we have banned many who were suspected scammers.

There are reputable lenders on this site and as they make themselves known, hopefully others will recommend them to the rest of the members.

This can be done in the forum section.

Hi JW I still have great faith in the site and most of the people that are on it I have received several contacts from the posting so it is a positive thing. I know that there are good people and bad the bad are easy to find, but the good are like gold when you find them they are worth the search.

I read this post last night and I definitely agree with you, Mr. Lawson. Since I created a profile on this website, I've had the opportunity to network with a lot of individuals and I always find it refreshing to read the forums. With all of the networking capabilities we have access to in addition to all of the people who frequent CREPIG, finding quality leads should be the least of our worries. Hopefully, more proven lenders will make themselves known and others will find their way to this great site!
