We are direct to several asset managers who will customize tapes for "Direct Buyers".  Our tapes start at $2mil and go up from there.  If you are a "Direct Buyer" send your specs to [e-mail] and we will set up a conference call to structure the deal for you.  We are not able to accommodate buyer reps or IMs at this time.

I have a buyer interested in 100 MM in SFR's or 2-4 Multi-family. The buyer will proof up bank to bank.  Southern California only. Needs a tape within 10 days.
