Did you still need NPN's? I am 1 away from rep(I am an IM). Bank will take call with LOI (use seller of record). Please state how you will proof on LOI. Here are details:

- Non-Performing Commercial Notes

- 2B Take down price + 4 (You would have to take the whole 2B)

- California

- Top shelf Type “A”; Mixed Retail, Multi Family, Hotel, Strip Mall, etc.

- 35% -45% BPO (Seller will accept offers)

- Institutional Direct (Bank/FDIC)
