I dont need to speak to the seller. I need to see the numbers. If it works for us we move to the nxt step. If you want all this info upfront before we see the deal then we will pass.

There is not much numbers to speak about.  It is under occupied because the owners want to sell it - not much marketing, etc.  Someone capable should come in and run this place.

Seller is tired of looky-loos and tire-kickers.

We offer commercial project funding and financing with bank instrument, client can give us 10% of the face value of the bank instrument as BG, SBLC or wire the fund to our investment banker who will issue and monetised the bank instrument for funding.
