We have a 62000/SF new industrial warehouse in San Diego $3.4M as well as a large student housing property in UT, $9M w/9% cap. Principals only on both.

We close on both of these retail centers seen attached this Friday. We were awarded both NPN's in a loan sale through a Loan Sale Adviser. One is located in Seaside (Monterey) CA with a Carls Jr. and strip center. The other is located just out of Las Vegas in Henderson NV.
