I have bulk REO packages from FDIC Authorized bidders, national depository banks and private investors ranging from .18 to .25 cents on the current market value. Properties are nationwide and can be broken down to specific areas.

The packages range from 5m - 230m. I also have a private equity firm with a smaller portfolio and willing to sell their homes individually.

Yes on all of your questions. Well, one of the equity firms I work with anyway. They specialize in asset management and rehabing properties.
