I used to generate Notes and REO leads for Real Estate Companies and from time to time, I still receive request:

This Current Lead has the following request:

$40M DC COMMERCIAL Notes Wanted

My direct buyer only wants to buy notes in DC. He will buy directly from you or he will JV with me by providing me the funds so I can buy and him and I share profits. So please send me list of commercial notes you have for sale in DC. We would liket o purchase REOs as well.

If you can fulfill this request, I will hand over the lead. There is only one catch, I would like 10% of the 40M which $400,000. This is the usual commission for finding this type of lead.
