98 Units in Shreveport. Need funding from lender or private equity.

We have rehabbed 90 of 98 units on this project and currently have 100% occupancy on the completed units and over 98% occ over the last 6 months.

Looking for lender or private investor(s) that can refi this project. Currently worth approximately $3M as is. Need $1.6M to pay off current loan, investors and majority owner. Need another $400K to complete rehab of 8 units plus landscaping and parking lot improvements. $2.0M total. 66% LTV
