200 Home Residential Portfolio

I have a non-profit with about 200 residential homes (all over the US) looking to refinance them in small groups.  Do you know of any programs that would consider this type of refi?

Only the assets can be considered as security (non-recourse).

If yes, I can provide more info as necessary.
