1) PROJECT FUNDING PROGRAM / PROJECT FUNDING / CONSTRUCTION FUNDING & FILM

The information that appears below is presented for the purpose of offering and explaining a funding mechanism that can provide Capital and Revenues needed to bring your project to a successful funding conclusion.

Requirements

• A Business Plan which must include a thorough overview of the Project to be financed. The Business Plan should also include a Use of Funds and any other pertinent information that will enable the reader to have a clear and complete understanding of the Project.
• Some evidence supporting the Client’s (Principal’s) ability to provide MINIMUM 500k (Prefer 10%)) of the requested Capital.

U.S. Treasuries, CD’s & SBLC’s can also be used.

E.G. If a Project requires the Capital Provider to provide $10,000,000, evidence should be shown indicating the Principal’s ability to provide $1mm

Note: $10,000,000 will be the minimum amount required for Domestic projects and $15,000,000 for International projects.

Procedures

• Upon receipt of the above, a Client/Principal Agreement and NDA will be issued.
• An open discussion can be had with the Client/Principal and his selected advisers.
• Additional Agreements and Escrow contracts will follow.
• When all parties are in agreement and required documents have been signed both the Client/Principal and the Capital Provider will place the agreed upon amounts into a bonded escrow account.
• Upon the release of these funds the selected and mutually agreed upon Private Placement entity will commence its revenue producing activities.

2) FUNDING PROGRAM PROJECTS & FILM

Funding program, which if you have 725K, we can fund projects (Real Estate, Construction, & Acquisitions) also films.

The 725K goes into an Escrow account through JP Morgan Chase.

Verbiage for a CD @ 80MM will be issued.

The 80MM CD is the guarantee for the Banker & the loan they will provide @ Libor plus 1-4%.

If you have the 725K we can discuss this further.

3) VIP FUND (Prefer 1mm & up)

Below are based on 100K

Attached is a new program for small investors. Let us know if you have any clients interested. This is a one-year program through my Bankers VIP Fund.

Once active brokerage trading starts and we are under contract, you'll be able to see daily results and have a website login to the trading account.

If an investor does not elect to withdraw the initial principal investment at the 90 day mark and decides to let it compound monthly uninterrupted, then the annual compounded returns far exceed the $1M goal--mathematically, it runs over the $2M mark.

VIP enters into a 75/25 profits sharing agreement via our contract with the investor (75% net gain per annum).

4) SLS (Senior Life Settlements)

SLS ports can be Monetized
