If someone is interested going into a ALF project with pending HUD Bond financing. Please let me know.

The project is located in Clearwater Florida. It takes the final step to finish fully developed project. I like to stay as project coordinator. For the find I do want to get paid.

Please contact me either per email or the disclose your contact in here. The fund requirements for this $ 14 million project to finalize permit and impact fees, plus finder fees, plus back up for owners equity. The owner is ill and needs to see it finished without his involvement.
