Reo and SFR nationwide these properties or notes are Bank Owned & Private
Seller.

I left out that we would like to see 4 and 5 star properties and we are not limited to just distressed The financing can be easier to arrange with the distressed but if your properties can be arranged with some owner financing to them that would be great
