A Bit About Me
Patrick's first job was working for his Granddad's construction company "Kal-Mar Construction" established in 1967 in Tampa. From there he went on to years working in retail sales and management.
After getting out of retail, Patrick entered the field of real estate. He was vice-president of Unigroup/Commercial Equity Group, a real estate investment and rehabilitation company. The company had both residential and commercial property for sale and rental across three counties in Florida.
In 2001, Patrick started working in finance and lending, while continuing to work as a consultant on real estate projects. During this time, ComResInvestments was formed.
Today Patrick deals with both national and International business and looks to continue the expansion of ComResInvestments in the future.
