We provide the most detailed breakout of ALL the components in your property. This includes not only the 5,7 and 15 year items you are accelerating, but also the 39 (or 27.5) year items. You need the breakout of the 39 (or 27.5) year items in order to write-off the undepreciated portion when they need replacing. We also will defend our study, should it ever be questioned by the IRS, whenever and wherever necessary, at no additional cost to our clients.
