Need $600K for 36 units 1-4 family portfolio currently valued at $800K with partially rented.  Need to rehab and stabilize balance of portfolio.  ARV $1.4MM.

Located in Ohio.

Borrower has mid 6 fico and has extensive experience and exit strategy.
