Commercial Units or???
From $1MM to $2.5MM in the Western half of the U.S.
Must not need complete rehab and have a cap of 6.5 Minimum.
Direct brokers or private parties ONLY!
Also would consider a JV partner and go up to $10MM.
We will have the loan in place so will need to close in approximately 45 days.
