A Bit About Me
Over the past 29 years in the construction industry, Larry Larsen has grown from a summer laborer in an oil refinery, into a well defined Construction Manager in the heavy civil, commercial, and industrial forums. He has successfully obtained and held positions in corporate management as well as supervisory positions in the field.

Larry Larsen commissioned to diversify one companies operation from the primary market which is petroleum refinery maintenance and construction into Civil, Heavy Civil and Commercial construction. As the operation diversified, Mr. Larsen developed and streamlined these administrative procedures to adapt to the diversity.
This growth allowed the company to operate solely from its secondary markets when required. He assumed responsibility for marketing the company to prospective clients, and customer relations, contract administration, estimating, project planning, quality control and superintendent Also, packaging and securing construction financing.

Duties with another company began as project manager for the relativity new Civil, Heavy Civil Division. The responsibilities included organizing the entire operation for the division manager which included estimating, contract procurement, purchasing, scheduling, and contract closeout. During this time the division manager for the division took medical leave never to return, and Larry assumed the responsibilities of overseeing the divisional functions as well as field operations.

As Project Superintendent for a Civil, Heavy Civil Company, Mr. Larsen was primarily assigned to the more complex higher valued construction projects, contracts in the 5 to 25 million dollar range. This entailed project management and administration, employee management and relations, asset management, purchasing, safety and scheduling.
Mr. Larsen holds the OSHA 30 hour training certification and has extensive experience in developing and managing required Safety & Health Policies, Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Policies in accordance with the code of Federal Regulations.

In addition, Larry has developed a quality control system that meets the criteria in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, National Board of Inspection Code, and jurisdictional requirements for manufacturing, repair and/or alteration of boilers and pressure vessels.

Larry Larsen holds the US Army Corp. of Engineers Construction Quality Manager certification. packaging all required material and administrative submittals as demanded by specific civil contracts. Overseeing the construction methods and required testing to assure that the final product complied with the stringent construction plans and specifications and contract closeout.

Mr. Larsen also gives back to the community. He has previously served on the City of Wynnewood Oklahoma’s City and Utility Councils.
Which Best Describes You? (Pick All That Apply)
What Do You Need

The plan to create a consortium, or partnership, of active construction contractors around a minority shell company is structured to compete primarily in the local, state and federal government set-a-side markets at its onset and beyond. The idea of literally teaming with various specialty trades is a result of years of construction experience as an employee of both general contracting firms as well as sub-contracting firms. As a middle manager in both areas of expertise, I realized the frustrations from both sides of the spectrum.

For the most part, projects get completed on time although there is a constant pressure that has to be applied from both sides in order to reach a successful outcome for the individual parties involved. My experience leads me to the conclusion that this is a result of each individual contracting firm’s having individual goals in respect to the outcome of a project. Understandably, this goal is individual profits.
What Do You Offer
I intend to complete the company structure as explained by selling 40% of the company’s ownership. I have broken these percentages into small affordable blocks, as shown in the diagram below, so that contractors and/or individuals interested in actively participating in this endeavor will see that this is nothing less than great opportunity to diversify their current situation and realize a benefit from the very first project.

In addition, I have set-a-side 9% ownership for key employees that join our team and help develop and achieve its long term goals.
