Real estate investor since 2001. Bought SFRs, duplexes and fourplexes. Rehabbed and sold some; rehabbed and kept some. 2005 did 1031 exchange into 50,000 sq ft office building in St Paul, MN, as member of TIC.
Have studied and am knowledgeable of several ways of investing in real estate. Currently interested in commercial RE and in brokering notes. Motivation: need to increase monthly income for retirement.
