Hi Jose, I'm looking for private money investors for the $4.5M 'green' land developement in Arizona. We have also included the senior living building in Marquette, MI to enhance the desire for this project. This will bring the price to $6M (the MI building has been appraised for over $8M as is earlier this March). Everything one needs to know about this AZ project can be found at www.greenesthomeusa.com. There is a ROI on this project with timelines of 18 to 24 months of up to 50%. Please contact me at 313-662-4855 or contact the principle at www.greenesthomeusa.com if you have anyone who may be interested.

Thank you,
Devonn West

You had asked a question on one of the Blogs about REO Bulk verifications and I posted a response. Here it is let me know if this helps.

Ask the party representing the REO portfolio for the documentation of ownership of the property (deeds to the bank, title insurance insuring the bank as owner, etc.) and then some Bank resolution that has been drafted, signed off on and put in place to authorize certain bank officers to sign all documentation in deposing of these properties.
