The best source for bulk inventory of that type is www.newcondosonline,com. They are currently overwhelmed with inventory and I'm sure you can make a deal there even though they are a retail organization. If you would like a copy of our current Bulk REO/NPA Inventory list please email me at email@example.com and I will return it to your email address along with our compliance documents. Our list is only the inventory of our six direct Banks and therefore will change weekly. Although the title holders of the NPA inventory may have their property up for sale we do not market other inventories.
