Great to meet you! Sounds like you are a great person to know.
As a real estate agent and an entrepreneur, I have access to a variety of commercial product that is both on and off market. My partner and I are in negotiations on an off market deal in Texas that is at distressed pricing though minimal repairs are needed. After a few repairs and sprucing up is done, it should lease up to full occupancy to be a quick turnkey asset.
If you, or anyone you know, would be interested in JVing with investment funds, let me know. We have already agreed to terms with the seller and are working on paperwork. Once completed, the clock will start ticking and time will fly by.
